The Brave and The Bold - Crossover Episode 2 (Arrow)

Night 2 of the crossover event got off to a fast start. Team Arrow started right where they left off in Starling City, trying to find Captain Boomerang and get rid of him. Not to mention, Boomerang started right where he left off, going after A.R.G.U.S. very quickly. The fight scenes within the first ten minutes of the episode were so fun to watch. The boomerangs used by Boomerang had an extremely cool look on screen as well. Fight scenes are something I've loved from the beginning, but I've come to love more. It's a good thing Barry showed up because he saved Oliver's life or at least him from being brutally injured.

Cisco is such an Arrow nerd and I love his character so much. He actually gets excited like a 5 year-old boy over the "Arrow Cave" and everything in it and it is so entertaining to watch. 

The scene between Oliver and Barry after Oliver interrogated someone who did a job for Captain Boomerang was A+. The acting in that scene, the lines in that scene was fantastic. What Oliver was saying was definitely extremely defensive as to why he does his job the way he does his job, but in a way, by watching the show you understand. The type of hell Oliver's been through is something Barry hasn't experienced. Their cities are two completely different worlds. I really enjoyed that scene between them. Their scenes in their entirety have been fantastic on both crossover episodes. They were definitely more deep and emotional on the Arrow side of the crossover, but that's the attitude of the show. What I especially love is that Barry isn't afraid to speak what he believes to be the truth and what he sees. He was straight with Oliver, he didn't say he agreed with what Oliver was saying when he didn't. He brought about an opposing argument and I loved that. I also loved the ending, where Barry and Oliver faced off, seeing who would actually win, but of course, why would they tell us? It was still a really cool scene. 

Lyla, Felicity, and Caitlin fighting against Captain Boomerang was such a tense scene. I don't even know how to begin how that scene made me feel. It initially started out with "Leave the ladies alone, they'll kick your ass" to "Oh my God. Oh no. Shit." But luckily, everything turned out okay and I was able to breathe a breath of relief. More importantly, Diggle finally proposed to Lyla and I was so happy about this. They're such a great couple and they are so sweet to watch. 

The scene towards the end of the episode involving both Team Arrow and Team Flash was also extremely intense, but obviously they did it and saved the city. I mean, when do they not? 

I really loved the entire aspect of having the two teams together for two episodes. Them working together was so great to watch. In the future, I definitely hope to see them working together again, and I have no doubt that we will see it happen, especially since Barry officially has an empty case for his suit in the Arrow cave. The midseason finale preview looks so good and intense and I'm so excited to watch that episode.
